Child Foundation Charity would like to announce that we are now able to assist children in the NY/NJ area. Dr. Robert J. Morin, a highly trained plastic surgeon and a participating doctor on our board of directors, will be providing his expertise in evaluating cases that are presented before us in the NY/NJ area. He will provide his services and expertise gratis, while Child Foundation Charity will raise funds to help support the extraneous expenses involved in the surgeries needed to help correct visible birth defects in the children that are seeking our services.
Robert J. Morin, MD
Dr. Morin performs a full range of plastic surgery procedures. In addition to general plastic surgery, Dr. Morin specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the head and face. Dr. Morin received extensive additional training in craniofacial surgery, facial cosmetic surgery and pediatric plastic surgery. This additional training allows him to successfully perform a wide range of complex reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures on both adults and children. Dr. Morin has a specific interest in nasal reconstruction, ear reconstruction and cosmetic and cleft rhinoplasty.

Child Foundation Donated $10,000 to IKF's "Wonderfund" on behalf of Marlie, a child here in Miami from Haiti. Marlie's problem currently is a regrowth of a tumor that was previously removed. This is due to a rare genetic condition Polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, which also has bowed her legs and distorted her arms, hands and fingers.
